Key Features-

• Proprietary Closed Loop System provides dependable accuracy and repeatability. Unique system with encoders on all axis to correct axis position. The control reads the encoders at a rate of over 60,000 times a second and the feed-back is analyzed by the software. Based on the position of the encoders, the outputs to the motors are advanced, retarded or modified as needed.

• Anti-backlash system provides zero backlash on all axis.

• Light weight but durable frame and stages made from 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum. Hard anodizing provides exceptional wear.

• Proven dovetail construction with adjustable gibbs for long lasting accuracy.

• Standard general purpose spindle utilizes collets, end mill holders and/or or drill chuck. Collet range 1/16 to 3/8".  End mill holders to 1/2". Drill chuck range 1/16-3/8". ( 3 collets included with machine purchase end mill holders and drill chuck sold separately.)

• Upgradeable to ER16 spindle and collets. Industry standard system with wider range (.020" to .393") of ground collets, with end mills holders and drill chuck as above.

• Standard 1/10th HP spindle motor 8000 RPM

• Upgradeable  1/5th HP spindle motor 10,000 RPM

•  HOME and LIMIT switches provided.

• A socket for the optional 3D digitizer and a socket for the MaxCool pump provided.

• A 3d digitizing probe  and software is available which includes a teach mode and a screen plot of the object being digitized.

• 4 axis capable with purchase of the optional rotary table. Plug and play.
